TWIF OFFERS FLAT RATE SHIPPING FOR ALL LAGOS ORDERS

tWIF endeavours to get your order to you as soon as possible. Your order will be processed and dispatched within approximately 24 hrs within Lagos, 2 working days within Nigeria and 3-5 working days for international shipping. 

A flat shipping fee is charged for shipping within Lagos and orders outside Lagos are shipped based on the weight of the item using DHL.

During busy sale periods, please allow extra time for your order to arrive. Delivery times should be treated as estimates only. Expected delivery timeframes commence from your parcel being dispatched.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. If you wish to track the delivery of your order you can log into the DHL website enter your tracking number to find out exactly where you order is.

At tWIF Clothing, we are committed to delivering quality ready-to-wear and custom pieces. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase. Note that we do NOT make refunds. 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

•  Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of purchase.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• All original tags, packaging, and receipts must be intact and presented. 

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

•  Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance.

•  Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or washing.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for size not a different product and subject to availability.

If the preferred item is unavailable, customers may:

•  Choose another ready-to-wear item of equal value, or

•  Pay the difference for a higher-value item.

•  Multiple exchanges on the same item are not permitted.

4. Refunds, Returns & Store Credit

• Cash refunds are not offered. 

• In the event of an approved return without replacement, the financial value will be issued as store credit, valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Store credit for RTW can only be used for RTW while store credit for bespoke can only be used for bespoke.

5. Defective Items

• If an item is found to be defective at the point of purchase, it must be reported within 48 hours.

• Defective items will be assessed by management before approval for exchange. 

6. Final Sale Agreement

By purchasing from our collection, customers confirm that they have checked the item thoroughly and agree to this return and exchange policy.
